“Hackathon concept that rethinks the PUE ZUS experience for citizens and employees with a calmer visual language and laser-focused task flows.”

01 // Challenge

The existing interface is dense and intimidating. During HackYeah we set out to prove that public platforms can feel friendly without compromising on context or accessibility.

02 // Approach

We mapped the most common user journeys, stripped them down to micro-steps, and rebuilt the UI with clear hierarchy, inline validation and contextual hints that keep people oriented while moving through complex forms.

03 // Result

The prototype reduced screen count by 32% and allowed jury members to finish a demo benefit submission in under three minutes. The concept is now used internally as a benchmark for future releases.
