El-chem ran separate tools for QA, maintenance and compliance. Teams wasted hours reconciling spreadsheets before each shift.

02 // Execution

We mapped plant workflows and designed a responsive control room UI with drag-and-drop schedules, contextual alerts and multilingual labels for floor staff.

03 // Result

Supervisors now get warnings 3 hours earlier and can dispatch technicians directly from the dashboard. Reporting time went from days to minutes.
